Abstract

The public's understanding of productive waqf is still very general, waqf property is movable or immovable property owned by Muslims whose designation, productive waqf is used for the needs of humanity, which is managed by nashi, the public understands productive waqf with limited understanding of waqf in general, as the management of waqf property should be directed towards productive rather than consumptive, for the empowerment of the people's economy in addition to zakat, infaq and sadaqah, waqf property, both movable and immovable, plays an important role in overcoming poverty among the people.
