Penerapan Akad Syirkah di Masyarakat Menurut Perspektif Islam

The purpose of this research is to explain what you need to know about the shirkah contract. This research uses qualitative research methods based on library research. Shirkah according to the language means al-ikhtilath which means mixture. The meaning of mixing here is that someone mixes their assets with other people's assets so that it is impossible to differentiate them. According to the definition of sharia, Taqiyyudin said shirkah is a transaction between two or more people who agree to carry out a financial business with the aim of seeking profit. Sharia system and conventional system, what generally differentiates the two is the distribution of profits obtained. So, there are several obstacles to the smooth running of the shirkah contract. There are also many in this community who do not know about the provisions set by sharia. Because this lack of knowledge also causes debates or problems regarding the distribution of the shirkah contract.
